Dr. Cumberbatch is an answer to prayer. The environment in the office is so peaceful and her ability to put you at ease and be so gentle with procedures always amazes me. Please go to her, you won’t feel the same way about dental visits again. You will actually look forward to visiting her and all the wonderfully kind people that work there.

This was my first time to deal with JoyDental. One call and I got a next day appointment. My 9 a.m appointment was right on time, Dental assistant was very professional, knowledgeable and explained every thing clearly. DR. Was also the same, she worked with utmost care and professionalism.

Everyone I met was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable for my visit. Every step of the process was explained so there would be no surprises. A special shout out to Jacenia (sorry if I butchered it), Mrs. Layna, Mrs. Ashley, and Dr. S for my updated smile!! They are the best :)

I recently visited Joy Dental on FM 3180 on September 3rd for an x-ray and a comprehensive examination of my teeth. My experience was far beyond my expectations. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff were exceptional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.
 
Every aspect of the examination was carefully and clearly explained, which put me at ease. I was particularly impressed with how they took the time to discuss my teeth, gums, and overall oral health in detail. The consultation was thorough, and I left feeling extremely happy with the level of care I received.
 
What truly stood out was the clarity with which they discussed potential future procedures and their associated costs. Compared to other dental consultations I’ve had in the past six months, Joy Dental’s approach was second to none. The transparency and attention to detail were exceptional.

The staff, care & the Dentist was absolutely amazing! The injections in my mouth never even hurt which is first time a dentist has never hurt me. My situation was an emergency & they got me an appt in 20 mins. I will highly recommend Joy Dental!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cumberbatch since 2015. She has an entire staff of caring and competent people. My anxiety is through the roof, but she makes all dental procedures easy. Her staff explains everything, billing, insurance, recovery etc. Melissa and Nichole stand out as exceptional staff members.

My visits to Joy Dental are always good. Everyone is so friendly and kind.
